RETURN POLICY

Our Return Policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since receiving your product, unfortunately we can’t offer you an exchange or refund. Discounted products or products listed as 'Ready to Post' are not eligible for refund or return. A restocking fee may apply (see shipping).

Returns and refunds are not available for products that have been made custom or personalized.

Products are ONLY eligible for return if they are unused and in original packaging!! 

Gift cards are unable to be returned.

To complete your return, we require the product to be in unused condition with the original packaging.

We CANNOT and DO NOT refund shipping costs and do not cover the cost of return shipping!

Post Ready items are NOT able to be returned unless item/s arrive defective or damaged! It may be returned for an exchange of the same product.

EXCHANGES/RETURNS

If items are defective or damaged upon delivery we'll replace it for the same item. Unfortunately we do not offer either exchange or refund for any other reason including 'change of mind' unless specified on the product page. Please be careful in making choices prior to ordering.

Our items on the site aren’t mass produced by machines but sewn by real people, every item is a little bit different. These differences are not considered a reason for return, exchange or alteration. Instead should be considered unique features and add to the art of the sewing craft. You are buying handmade after all, not all products will have the exact pattern placement as shown on site images. 

DAMAGED ITEMS

We will only replace damaged items that we feel are at our fault and not from a third party involvement (postal service, courier or addressee).

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately (within 24 hrs of retrieval) if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item.

Items mishandled due to postal services/couriers during transit we are not liable for unfortunately, you will need to get in contact with the postal service. If damages have occurred by the postal service, please take lots of photos of the item before opening, during and then every part the product that shows damage.  

If an item is damaged or defective upon receiving it and you need to exchange it for the same item, please email us at admin@avabub.com.au. We're always happy to talk through any concerns you might have.

PRAM LINER FIT:

Pram liners are custom made to order. We custom make Universal Liners & Custom Liners (Lists provided in all Pram Liner Set Descriptions)

Universal Pram Liner means that your Liner will be made using our Universal Pram Pattern. The provided straps will fit through the custom slots we have included and your liner can sit in your pram when in the seat fully upright position. 

Custom Liners mean you can choose your Pram Style (If we have it listed) and we will make the liner to fit your Pram.

We endeavour to create as nice a fit as possible, but your product is handmade so please understand that we cannot guarantee the fit will reach every square cm of your seat and be completely covered by the liner. 5-10cm gaps at the top, bottom or side of your pram seat are NOT considered a reason for return, exchange or alteration. Please also understand that a liner is going to look and fit differently when you have a child sitting in the pram holding it in place. The child sitting in place is going to give the appearance of shortening the liner and should help smooth out any bunching that may happen after washing. We take this into account when designing our templates.

PRODUCT COLOURS:

We have made every effort to display the colour of our products as accurately as possible. Fabric colours may vary slightly due to photography and lighting. Issues with colour after purchase are considered "Change of mind" and are NOT a reason for return or exchange. 

Shipping

All Custom Orders (non post ready or advance production orders) are shipped on or before a maximum of 28 Days after Payment. This is our Production time frame for hand making your order. This time frame is subject to change during Public Holidays and Seasonal Celebrations. Please email us if you would like an estimation on our current Production time prior to ordering. 

Post Ready Items are posted on or before a maximum of 7 days. 

Advance Production Time Skip the Queue with a production time frame on or before 2 Business Days + Express Posted to you. Perfect for those quick last min gifts or unexpected surprises. (Subject to Fabric availability, please always email us to inquire before purchasing Advance Production Time).

Once your item is fulfilled you will receive a notification in your email inbox, often our emails retreat to junk mail, please move order conformations into your inbox so this no longer happens.

Courier - Australia Post

We do not guarantee and are not liable for Australia Post delivery times, however a basic guideline to go by once post receives your item/s:

• Registered Post 3-7 Business Days
• Registered Post + Insurance 3-7 Business Days
• Express Post 2 Business days
• Advance Production Time ( 2 Day Production Timeframe + Express Post)

All orders are shipped to the provided address and addressee, if parcels are returned to us due to a customer error, additional postage charges will incur in order to resend.

Items mishandled due to postal services/couriers during transit we are not liable for and you will need to get in contact with the postal service immediately. Please take lots of photos of the item before opening, during and then every part the product that shows damage to further your refund claim. 

Shipping Returns - You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. $5 restocking fee will apply to all non defective returms, also as a deduction from the total.

You should always consider using a tracked shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We can't guarantee that we will receive your returned item and cannot offer a refund or exchange for any item we do not receive.

What we do with your Information?

When you purchase something from our store, as part of the buying and selling process, we collect the personal information you give us such as your name, address and email address.
